A blog!

Alright guys I get the point. Here are some different things that have been going on here since April's birthday. Sami had her first communion. Actually this was before Ape's birthday but it didn't get blogged. It rained all day but we still enjoyed it. After the service we went out to lunch at Red Robin's. Then everyone went back home to watch the Super Bowl.

For Valentine's Day Scott sent me Roses. They were beautiful and lasted for more than two weeks. The two big pinks roses on the left are for the girls from their Daddy.

Meaghan and I and the First Grade class took a field trip to Build-a-Bear where everyone made their own bear. Afterwards we had lunch at Uno's were all the kids got to make their own pizzas.

We currently have a house guest or should I say a patio guest. This cute little kitty is going to be a mama very soon. April, I will call the SPCA on Tuesday and see if they can come get her. She is a love but two cats is more than enough for this house!

Because Friday was Leap Day everyone at school had to dress as something that could leap. Sami had a morning field trip to pan for gold at Indian Hills Camp so she changed into her ballet clothes after lunch. Meag went as a bunny. This only after hours of tears because I had thrown out the white bunny ears. She was sure her friends would not approve of a grey bunny. Alas I managed to talk her into it and her friends were all excited that she wasn't a white bunny like everyone else.
I don't have any pictures but last night was our halfway dinner for the ship. I've been working on it for a while and I'm glad it's over. We had a great time but I am excited to move on to the homecoming plans. Before that though I have to finish the centerpieces for the school's Gifts Of Grace Gala this coming Saturday night. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. I will try to blog more. Until then.....
