Okay April this post is for you. I was going to do this post on Carl and what an awesome cat he is. But looking through my pictures I changed my mind. Instead I am going to post a sampling of pictures that Meag has taken of or with Carl. And this is just a sampling! She must have taken 100's of pictures. They have a very special bond and are as cute as can be together. The other morning I went to Meaghan's room to find her. The door was shut and on it was a sign that read "Kittie Day Care". When I open the room I found Carl laying in the closet, no Meag anywhere. She had left him a bowl of food though which he ate as soon as I let him out of the closet. A few days before that I found him walking around her room in a Build a Bear Sailor outfit. Scott says she has some kind of spell over him. I think he is right.

I love that he is just laying down with his head in the water bowl to get a drink. And what is the orange thing around his neck in one of the pics? Obviously not a sailor outfit. What reason did Meag give for locking him in the closet? Was he in time out at day care?
Just curious, was the dead bird she brought home not too long ago a snack for Carl?
Brittney, I think you are mad at me! I want a post just for me next! Carl looks like a nice cat. Did you know that Sharon is an animal communicator? If you ever want to find out what he's thinking, let me know! Oh yeah, when Hans was one, Siobhan dressed him in her build a bear rock star outfit. Sequin pink hot shorts and a belly shirt to match. Something tells me Hans and Carl could be friends.I hope you are doing good.
April - Carl is sporting an orange lei in the picture. Meaghan didn't give a reason for locking him in the closet. I think she just didn't want him to escape. She did say that I shouldn't worry about it because he likes it in there. Oh and the dead bird. No it wasn't for Carl's enjoyment it was simply to torture her Dad and I. Now did you hear the story that goes along with that? Two days after the trash was picked up we had an invasion of fruit flies. With no fresh fruit in the house at the time we thought they were coming from the trash can. But it was clean. So I started hunting for the source. I got to her backpack which was still not put away for the summer. I opened it and literally 30 or more flies came out at me. I ran it outside and started cleaning it only to find an old banana at the bottom. It had been there for at least three weeks. So now Meag has been banned from picking up "treasures" and bringing them home and from bringing food home from school. You never know what a day with Meag will bring! Do you want her for a while? She'd love to come visit!!!! Oh and tell me do you watch Gem TV? I'm addicted!
Mattie - You know I could never hate you! I would love for Sharon to tell me what the cats are thinking. Rosie, being deaf and all, has some serious issues. So I haven't been blogging because I can't access the pics from my new camera to put on the blog. I am still trying to figure it out. The only reason I did the one of Carl is because the pics are all from the old camera. So I will work on it. Talk to you soon.
